Our Gap Analysis is an assessment of your current system against the requirements of the standard. The gap analysis identifies areas where your business does not meet the ISO Standard requirements (the gaps) we usually conduct this as part of a process for assessing the stage your business is at prior to us commencing work on your business’s system for certification. Our Clients are generally given this information by email, followed up by a face to face meeting so we can explain fully the actions required.
