  • Fully Qualified Lead Auditor in ISO 9001 as a minimum but ISO 45001 or 27001 would be advantageous.


Personal Assistant / Accounts Administrator

Due to an increase in new contracts, we are now seeking extra assistance within our Team.

We are looking for a responsible Personal Assistant to provide personalised administrative support to our senior management team in a well-organized and timely manner. To support the monthly accounts including Invoicing etc. There will be flexibility in hours and working from home(where possible), however you will be required to attend the office for full days.


As a PA/Accounts Administrator – Skills & experience requirements

  • You will have two years proven Admin / Accounts Office experience
  • Key Skills – Must be proficient in XeroM365 Office,  Outlook and SharePoint
  • Formatting Documentation. PowerPoint presentation development
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Outstanding organisational and time management skills, and able to multitask
  • Great communication skills including a professional telephone manner
  • Attention to detail
  • Good knowledge of accounting procedures
  • Ability to work independently
